Terms & Conditions
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between RAH AD LLP and you, the Client, governing all video editing services.

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
§1
Services
- RAH AD LLP provides professional video editing services for real estate videographers, agencies, and property marketing teams.
- All service details, deliverables, turnaround times, and pricing are as described on our website or confirmed via written agreement at the time of order.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that require the use of third-party footage without proper licensing.
§2
Project Queue & Full Kit Required
- Clients are asked to inform Rah Ad on a weekly basis of the expected number of videos coming in that week, to support capacity planning.
- Work cannot begin until Rah Ad has received a complete project kit — footage, brief, and any specific direction. Projects submitted with an incomplete kit will be held, and turnaround timelines only begin once the full kit is received.
- Turnaround estimates are based on receiving the complete kit upfront. If additional footage or assets are shared after work has already begun, this may cause further delays beyond the original turnaround estimate.
§3
Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information at the time of placing an order.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any footage, music, or assets submitted.
- Delays in delivering source footage or a complete brief may result in delays to the promised turnaround time, for which RAH AD LLP shall not be held liable.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your registered portal account.
§4
AI Generation & Revisions
- Each video includes up to two (2) AI-generated elements at no additional cost. Additional generations are billed at $20 per generation.
- Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $50 per revision.
- All revision feedback must be submitted as one consolidated round through Frame.io. Feedback sent through other channels will not be treated as an official revision request and may delay turnaround.
§5
Out-of-Scope Work
- The following are considered out-of-scope and subject to additional fees:
- Revision phases beyond the two included
- Major creative reworks
- New creative concepts requested after initial delivery
- Re-editing based on newly submitted footage
- Changes to style or pacing after a video has been approved
- Format or aspect-ratio changes not agreed upon at the start of the project
§6
Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the copyright in the final edited deliverable is transferred to you, the Client.
- All templates, LUTs, workflows, and proprietary processes developed by RAH AD LLP remain our intellectual property and are not transferred to the Client.
§7
Payments
- Payment is due 100% upfront before work begins.
- Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
- Late payments may result in a pause on active projects. RAH AD LLP reserves the right to apply a late payment fee of 2% per week on outstanding balances.
§8
Confidentiality & File Handling
- RAH AD LLP operates as a 100% white-label editing partner. We do not disclose client relationships or share footage/deliverables with any third party outside of the project workflow.
- All footage and project materials are treated as confidential and deleted from our systems within seven (7) days of project completion.
- Rah Ad does not share raw project files. In exceptional cases where source files are provided, licensed music and Rah Ad's proprietary sound effects (SFX) will be excluded, as these are treated as premium assets of the Rah Ad team.
§9
Limitation of Liability
- RAH AD LLP's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits or missed deadlines caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
- Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where performance is prevented by a force majeure event.
§10
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
