Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between RAH AD LLP ("we", "us", "our") and you ("Client") and govern your use of our website and all video editing services provided by RAH AD LLP, including real estate video editing, vertical property reels, aerial and drone editing, and any associated deliverables.

By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Services

• RAH AD LLP provides professional video editing services for real estate videographers, agencies, and property marketing teams — including but not limited to: real estate video editing, vertical property reels, and aerial/drone footage editing.
• All service details, deliverables, turnaround times, and pricing are as described on our website or confirmed via written agreement at the time of order.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that require the use of third-party footage without proper licensing.

Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide true, complete, and accurate information — including footage, brief, brand guidelines, and any specific editing instructions — at the time of placing an order.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any footage, music, or assets submitted to RAH AD LLP for editing.
• Delays in delivering source footage or a complete brief may result in delays to the promised turnaround time, for which RAH AD LLP shall not be held liable.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your registered portal account.

Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the copyright in the final edited deliverable is transferred to you, the Client.
• RAH AD LLP retains the right to use edited work samples in our portfolio, showreels, and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing prior to order placement.
• All templates, LUTs, workflows, and proprietary processes developed by RAH AD LLP remain our intellectual property and are not transferred to the Client.

Payments

• Payment is due as per the terms agreed at the time of order — either upfront or as per a retainer schedule.
• Final deliverables will not be released until full payment has been received.
• Late payments may result in a pause on active projects. RAH AD LLP reserves the right to apply a late payment fee of 2% per week on outstanding balances.

Confidentiality

• RAH AD LLP operates as a 100% white-label editing partner. We do not disclose client relationships or share footage/deliverables with any third party outside of the project workflow.
• All footage and project materials shared with us are treated as confidential and deleted from our systems within 30 days of project completion unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

• RAH AD LLP's total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific project.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits or missed deadlines caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where performance is prevented by a force majeure event.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
