Cancellation & Refund Policy

RAH AD LLP believes in helping its clients as far as possible, and has therefore a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for all video editing services. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order — before our editing team has begun work on your project.
• Once your footage has been assigned to an editor and work has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
• For monthly retainer plans, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations will not result in a prorated refund.

Revision & Quality Issues

• If the delivered edit does not meet the brief or style guide provided at the time of the order, please report it to our team immediately. We will re-edit at no additional charge.
• Quality concerns must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Issues reported after this window may not be eligible for a free revision or refund.
• Revisions are offered for errors on our part. Change-of-mind requests (new music, different style, re-shoot requirements) are outside the scope of free revisions.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued only in cases where RAH AD LLP is unable to deliver the agreed service within the committed timeframe, or where the delivered work is found to be substantially non-compliant with the original brief after revision attempts.
• Refund claims must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims raised after this period will not be eligible.
• Once a refund is approved by RAH AD LLP, it will be processed within 16–30 business days to the original payment method.
• Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work at RAH AD LLP's sole discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Footage that was not delivered or was delivered in an unusable format by the client — no refund will be issued if we cannot begin work due to client-side issues.
• Rush delivery fees are non-refundable once the project has been prioritised in the queue.
• Add-on services (custom LUTs, licensed music packs, branded templates) are non-refundable once delivered.
